We think the perfect candidate for this position is someone with a solid work ethic and an excellent moral compass. Someone who will handle day-to-day claim processing and make schedules for inspectors. Someone who can order materials for jobs and have the work closed out. Someone who will be able to invoice clients and get the proper paperwork to insurance companies and closeout packages to homeowners. Someone who feels they can learn quickly, eventually writing estimates after inspections have been completed.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

We would like to see someone with adjusting experience, but we may also give you a shot if you have a strong work ethic and a great personality that we feel will make a great addition to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calling residential and Commercial property owner

  • Processing paperwork for inspections

  • Entering estimates into Xactimate

  • Invoicing customers in QuickBooks

  • Entering customer information into our company programs

  • Uploading damaged property information into company programs

  • Assisting customers in the insurance restoration process

  • Sending property owners their closeout packages

  • Arrive on-time ready to take care of business

  • Participating in company meetings and company-sponsored events

  • Schedule inspections with new and existing clients
